Designated Staff Persons in Charge | Emergency Response Plan

  • The Vice President for Student Affairs will coordinate efforts with the appropriate Deans of Women/Men or with the Command Center.
  • Once conditions are determined for optimal safety to move students, designated staff persons will share this information with all persons and staff. Route Marshals will be dispatched to key points along the route.
  • Designated staff persons will assist hall directors and staff in the orderly movement of students. Specific footpath routes to Emergency Centers (E/C) should be determined, with RA's and GA's serving as Route Marshals.
